Requirements:
- Degree or above in computer science or equivalent;
- 15+ years for more than IT system implementation services project(s) in relation to design and administrator of database
- He/she shall conduct the overall design and implementation of the database systems in the cloud environment for the System, including data analysis and modelling, database definitions and design, database replication and synchronisation, database performance tuning, database backup and recovery.
- At least nine (9) years IT experience including at least five (5) years in delivering one or more IT system implementation services project(s) in relation to design and administrator of database; and
- The functional/specialty experience shall cover one or more of the following areas:
- - implementing database systems in cloud environment;
- - implementing multiple replicas of the database with application and/or database level replication; and encryption of database content in cloud environment.

Job Duties
• Report to executive level internal stakeholders
• Arrange appointments/ meetings with stakeholders
• Keep track of action items and resolve where required
• Provide administrative/ logistical support, including preparation of documents, meeting room reservation and handling of expenses
• Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
• Provide administrative support on Resource Management, including office premise support, COVID contingency support, where necessary
Requirements:
• Higher Diploma or above in any disciplines
• At least 3+ years of working experience with proven experience as a Project Administrator, Administrative Officer, or similar role(s)
• Solid knowledge of office administrative procedures
• Experience with office management software (e.g. MS Excel and MS Word)
• Organized and has an attention to detail
