Requirements:
• Form 7 graduates or above
• At least 2-4 years clerical working experience
• Solid experience in following up orders
• Proficient in MS Office including MS Excel, Word and Power Point
• Positive and well-organised with good communication
• Responsible, Self-motivated and can work independent
• Immediately available preferred
Job Duties:
• Coordinate in administration work
• Office administration
• Sales coordination
• Prepare weekly reports to clients
• Assist in order processing and issuing invoice
• Arrange daily schedule for workers
