• Job duties:
• Lead a team to maximize company revenue through exploring business opportunities
• Lead a business discussion, influence client's decisions and establish / maintain good relationship with clients
• Obtain and review client’s requirements as to propose the best-fit solutions to fulfill client’s needs
• Act as a liaison between the IT and business community to make sure the proposed technology can meet the project goals
•  Work with external partners and internal departments and line of business to formulate solution proposal
• Respond to RFI / tender and responsible for technical write-up, translation of functional and non-functional requirements into a solution design and Scope of Work
• Responsible for the overall design and architecture of the project delivery
•  Prepare and deliver demonstration / presentation to customers and partners
• Work with the partners on architectural design, solution planning and feasibility study on infrastructure which included Cloud Computing Services and IoT Technology development, etc

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
• At least 10 years’ experience in relevant technical domains preferable in application design, IoT, Digital or Mobile technology, with at least 5 years’ leadership experience
• Sound knowledge of open-sourced technologies and frameworks
• Good understanding of IT best practices and methodologies (e.g. Digital Imaging, PRINCE2, SSADM, RUP, etc) is an advantage
• Good knowledge in programming languages such as Java, .Net, J2EE, etc
• Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
• Result-oriented, self-motivated and able to work independently
• Positive attitude, fast-learning, energetic, able to perform in challenging environment
• Good commend of spoken English and Cantonese
• Good commend of written English and Chinese

Job Duties:

• Able to build and maintain the PMO organisation (resources, work plan, ownership, etc.)
• Reporting to executive level internal and external (customer) stakeholders
• Governance: Organize various governance meetings with stakeholders and keep track of action items
• Change: Maintain change control & management process and keep track of all change requests
• Transition: Maintain transition management process and keep track
• Communication: Communications management for the program
• Repository: Maintain a central repository for all projects under the engagement and project information
• Resource Management: Office premise support, COVID contingency support

Requirements:

• Degree in Business, IT, Computing Science, Engineering or equivalent
• 3-5 years of experience in Project Management, PMO in the IT industry, preferable in the Telecommunications Industry
• Experience in managing the PMO for System Integrator (Accenture, IBM, AMDOCS, etc.) and full SDLC of software projects delivery
• Strong Communication skills and report writing skills
• Strong interpersonal / soft skills
• Experienced in creating and maintaining complex project plans
• Strong scope management skills and experience managing partners
• Successful candidates will be employed by 1-yr renewal contract-based.

Job Duties:

• Support IT administration and planning functions to provide full range of IT administration support and ensure smooth operations
• Responsible for IT procurement including handling invoices & payments
• Responsible for manage IT budget and planning
• Responsible for IT asset and PR refreshment reports preparation
• Responsible for O365 Office users, groups, and computer objects in Windows Server Active Directory
• Liaise with internal and external parties for administration policies, procurement & compliance procedures
• Involve in ad-hoc tasks or projects as required

Requirements:

• Degree or above
• At least 3+ years of relevant experience
• Solid skills and knowledge in MS Office 365 platform and MS Active Directory
• Experience in budget planning & cost analysis will be an advantage
• Experience in Managing Microsoft Office 365 platform and MS AD will be an advantage
• Proficient in MS office applications, especially in MS Excel
• Good command of written & verbal English
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good teamwork, self-managed, attention to details and time management
