Responsibilities:

• Perform system analysis, design, and development
• Prepare test plan, test cases/scripts, test environments, data, and perform testing
• Develop scripts or applications to drive automation and self-service
• Coordinate with internal groups and external partners
• Troubleshoot system performance issues, drive root-cause analysis
• Platform troubleshooting and problem-solving across infrastructure and applications
• Takes ownership of end-to-end solutions provided by teams across the organization
• Collaborate closely with our cross-functional teams in a fast-paced delivery environment
• Build a modern, automated, cloud-native, continuously delivered distributed system
• Define the technical blueprints for our automation toolchains and infrastructure.
• Ensure consistency with the blueprints, drive high standards by performing code reviews, documenting the standards, and hosting weekly catch-ups to share knowledge and best practice

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of Analyst Programmer or equivalent
• Experience in Web application development using Java Springboot or Node.js
• Knowledge of technology best practices for building a modern automated DevOps tooling
• Good understanding of technologies and experience in building a highly scalable, self-healing, and fault-tolerant systems
• Self-starter, capable of working without direction, and able to deliver projects from scratch
• Familiar with tools and skills in the development cycle such as Jira, Git, CircleCI, Draft, SonarQube, Brigade, Jenkins X, Artifactory, Selenium, JMeter, etc.
• Configuration and continuous deployment tools experience e.g. Ansible, Terraform, Vagrant, SaltStack, Chef, Puppet, etc.
• Strong scripting skills e.g. Linux, Shell Script, Ruby, Python
• Container Management and container orchestration experience e.g. Docker, Kubernetes, Openshift, etc.
• Good practical knowledge with SQL and NoSQL DBs e.g. PostgreSQL, Cassandra, MongoDB, etc.
• Strong knowledge in messaging systems like Kafka, Solace, AWS Kinesis, etc.
• Strong knowledge of Linux/UNIX and TCP/IP
• Strong understanding and experience of Agile and Lean methodologies e.g. Scrum and Kanban
• Work independent, analytical, good problem-solving skills, and must be able to cope with a tight project schedule

Job Responsibilities:
-Responsible for full Logistic Operations from Manufacturing Process to Shipment Delivery;
-Liaise with Freight Forwarders for best rates/terms;
-Responsible for full Warehouse Operations such as Goods-IN, Goods-OUT, Local Configurations for various Regional Retail Packaging, Warehouse Management, Stock Control & Management, etc.;
-Follow-up order from issuing Proforma Invoices to Deliveries to customers;
-Handle all Import/Export, L/C & Banking Documentations without any discrepancy;
-Handle effective Logistic and Shipping Schedules, look after and ensure all deliveries from factories and shipments to customers are within the time required;
-Ensure all productions are carried our according to specifications required;
-Ensure all Local Configuration Packaging Materials are to be kept in an optimal level for ensuring smooth Delivery Schedules at all times;
-Maintain effective SCM (supply chain management) for inventory to fulfill immediate customer demands;
-Ensure all Costs will be controlled with the best possible rates & terms at all times;
-Implement secure system in logistics.

Job Requirements:
-Diploma holder in Logistics / Supply Chain Management;
-Minimum 3 years working experience for Shipping Officer & 10 Years for Supervisor & Manager positions;
-Able to handle full sets of shipping & banking documents independently;
-Experience in product & sample developments: from factories & to customers;
-Price negotiations skills for the best freight & delivery service and quality;
-Able to complete sets of sample arrangements for tradeshows;
-Ensure all RMAs are dealt with immediate responses to customers, and send back to factory for replacement without delay;
-Experience in understanding & handling overseas Import Regulations;
-Good PC skills including Chinese word-processing;
-Knowledge & experience in logistics for e-business and shipping arrangement is a must;
-Able to travel to China for factory audits, pre-shipment inspections, etc to ensure all goods will be made and delivered according to the quality the Company required;
-Able to manage & control the logistic system;
-Mature, self-motivated, independent and willing to work overtime and under pressure;
-Fluent in English & Putonghua.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administration and clerical support to CRM department
• Draw a data, call list and mailing list
• Prepare regular sales report and statistical analysis in daily and monthly basis
• Prepare sales invoice and related documents
• Coordinate between internal departments and customers
• Responsible for member survey and DM mailing
• Arrange courier and delivery schedule
• Perform ad hoc project as assigned

Requirements

• DSE or above with 1 year relevant experience is preferred
• Strong sense of responsibilities, detailed-minded, well-organized, self-motivated & hardworking
• Good communication skills and able to work independently
• Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Chinese Word Processing and especially in Excel (e.g. Pivot Table, VLOOKUP function)
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
