Job Duties:
- Supervise the admin and purchasing teams, including clerical staff and receptionist to deliver quality service
- Responsible for overseeing the daily administrative duties and ensuring practices and initiatives are in alignment with company’s business needs
- Monitor administration policies and workflow procedures to ensure compliance with corporate requirements
- Provide support to related legal documents
- Handle the procurement and shipping matters for the company
- Maintain quality system and compliance throughout the development process and routine operation procedure
- Provide full spectrum of HR functions including compensation and benefits related matters, recruitment, training and development etc.
Requirements:
- University graduate with min. 5 years relevant work experience
- Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Able to work under pressure and independently
- Good problem solving and organisation skills
