Administration Manager / Assistant Administration Manager

Job Duties:

  • Supervise the admin and purchasing teams, including clerical staff and receptionist to deliver quality service
  • Responsible for overseeing the daily administrative duties and ensuring practices and initiatives are in alignment with company’s business needs
  • Monitor administration policies and workflow procedures to ensure compliance with corporate requirements
  • Provide support to related legal documents
  • Handle the procurement and shipping matters for the company
  • Maintain quality system and compliance throughout the development process and routine operation procedure
  • Provide full spectrum of HR functions including compensation and benefits related matters, recruitment, training and development etc.

Requirements:

  • University graduate with min. 5 years relevant work experience
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Able to work under pressure and independently
  • Good problem solving and organisation skills
