Requirements:
- DSE or above
- Minimum 1 year’ working experiences in the Freight Forwarding and Logistics Industry
- Work experiences with both Air and Sea operations are more preferable
- Good command in English and Mandarin
- Hands-on MS Office Applications knowledge
- Strong interpersonal and Communication skills
- Self and team motivated
- Aggressive and result-oriented
Responsibilities:
- Work under the National Customer Services Team as the key coordinator between customers and internal teams
- Handle routine enquires from overseas agents and direct customers
- Coordinate booking well between agents, customers, and internal parties
- Must be able to work with a team and operate independently
- Able to handle ad-hoc project
