Customer Service Officer (Logisitics)

Requirements:

  • DSE or above
  • Minimum 1 year’ working experiences in the Freight Forwarding and Logistics Industry
  • Work experiences with both Air and Sea operations are more preferable
  • Good command in English and Mandarin
  • Hands-on MS Office Applications knowledge
  • Strong interpersonal and Communication skills
  • Self and team motivated
  • Aggressive and result-oriented

Responsibilities:

  • Work under the National Customer Services Team as the key coordinator between customers and internal teams
  • Handle routine enquires from overseas agents and direct customers
  • Coordinate booking well between agents, customers, and internal parties
  • Must be able to work with a team and operate independently
  • Able to handle ad-hoc project
