    The successful candidate will participate in a large-scale enterprise web-application development program in Hong Kong, working with solution architects and leading a software development team from software design, development, testing to deployment.

    Job Duties

    • Deep dive into the business requirements and functional specifications of designated solution scope
    • Understand the holistic solution blueprint, and the upstream and downstream application design and flow of designated solution
    • Responsible for driving quality solution delivery with designated scope on time, by leading a team of on-shore/off-shore System Analyst(s) and Developers to conduct functional and technical design, technical specifications documentation, development, code review, unit test, DevOps and other SDLC activities.
    • Provide necessary testing support to QA, user, IT operations teams for functional test, system integration test, performance/stress test, user acceptance test, operation acceptance test and verification test.
    • Follow SDLC methodology and governance
    • Manage RAID – Identify risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies, track RAID, mitigate risk and drive issue resolution. Escalate to project manager as needed.
    • Provide transparency on delivery status
    • He/She will be one of the leaders under the Software Development Team and manage the software development of a designated solution domain with the following scope of duties:

    Requirements:

    • University graduate in Information Technology or Computer Science/Engineering. Graduates of other disciplines will also be considered
    • 15-year solid experience of IT software development, and 5 years in leading role.
    • Experienced in web application development covering front-end, backend and middleware with microservices architecture
    • Proficiency react.js, Java software development with Oracle DB
    • Experience in managing onshore and offshore teams
    • Agile practitioner and experienced in DevOps preferable
    • Fast learner on new business domains
    • Experience in financial services industry is an advantage
    • Good verbal and written communicator with both business and technical members
    • Fluent in Cantonese and English. Proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage.
    • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior System Analyst.

    Job Duties:

    • Understand the project scope at a granularity that allows reasonable planning accuracy from schedule and effort perspective
    • Define project plan, i.e. schedule with structural WBS, resources allocation and dependencies
    • Support program management to consolidate project plans into program plan
    • Refine project methodology to effectively control project and assure quality outcomes
    • Drive project delivery with designated scope, schedule and budget
    • Manage RAID – Identify risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies, track RAID, mitigate risk and drive issue resolution
    • Prepare project status report to program management
    • Work with Program Resource Manager on resourcing (onshore and offshore)
    • Manage relationship with internal and external stakeholders
    • He/She will be a key member of the Software Development Team and manage a designated solution scope (i.e. project) with the following scope of duties:

    Requirements:

    • University graduate in Information Technology or Computer Science/Engineering. Graduates of other disciplines will also be considered
    • 7-year solid experience managing large scale IT software development projects of 30+ project members
    • Experience in web application development covering front-end, backend and middleware with modern technologies
    • Fast learner on new business domains; able to organize and master a large business scope and requirement
    • Good verbal and written communicator with both business and technical members
    • Experience in managing onshore and offshore teams
    • Agile practitioner and experienced in CI/CD preferable
    • Experience in financial services industry preferable
    • Fluent in Cantonese and English. Proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage.
    • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Deputy Project Manager.

    • Primary responsibility to provide Business Analysis and provide solutions and support to D365 application 
    • Becoming a functional master of Microsoft Dynamics 365 
    • Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables on D365 application 
    • Plan and schedule project timelines; identify and manage project dependencies and critical path 
    • Analyze business requirements and objectives to determine how D365 application can best meet business requirements and business objectives 
    • Work closely with our local and regional team as a team responsible for implementing D365 solution including training, testing the modifications, and providing support and consultation, and implementing MS Dynamics solutions 
    • Communicate with team leader and other project managers to manager resource allocations 
    • Business Process mapping and documentation, client and vendor communication, project execution, support in functional testing, support business teams during UAT 
    • Support PM in project planning and management, change management and transition to support work with the project business and IT teams to understand the requirements, change requests and create documentation, make necessary update to the documentation as and when needed 
    • Update related living documents (if any)  
    • Provide regular updates for Customer regarding current work progress, identified challenges, issues and risks, follow-up actions etc. 

    Requirements

    • Degree holder in Computer Science or related disciplines
    • At least 3+ years of relevant experience of in D365 or Microsoft Dynamics AX
    • Must be a good team player, proactive, self-motivated, and able to multi-task
    • Effective communication skills in English
    • Experience in Microsoft Technology for example PowerApps, Microsoft Flow, C# and .net framework will be an advantage
