    Requirements:

    • Holder of Diploma in Electronics / Telecommunications or equivalent with at least 8 years’ relevant experience, of which 2 years should be in a design capacity

    • Degree holders with at least 4 years’ post-graduate experience will also be considered 

    • Be a Competent Person (Non Track) qualified by the Mass Transit Railway and be familiar with all safety requirements, procedures, Railway Safety Rules (RSR) of the MTR and any applicable statutory requirements

    • Possess a valid Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate (Green Card)

    Experience & Skill:

    • Knowledge in a wide range of telecom services commonly used in railways especially in Mobile & Fibre Network and E&M facilities

    • Project management / design / implementation / maintenance experience of Mobile Base Station System, Wi-Fi, MAN, fibre communication networks under railway environment

    • Good knowledge on design, testing and commissioning of the networks • Installation of track-side equipment inside tunnel, including the EMC considerations

    • Managing contractors and external mobile and FTNS operators

    • Self-motivated with good writing and communications skills

    • Work at night time may be required

    Successful candidate will be employed by 2-year contract based.

    Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resources function, including recruitment, leave administration, employee relations, compensation and benefits, etc. for all levels of staff.
    • Responsible for renewal, formulation and execution of Human Resources and Administration management policies and procedures such as remuneration strategies, manpower capacity planning and labour relations strategies, etc.
    • Set up and maintain a systematic filing system.
    • Prepare reports and any other documents as assigned.
    • Responsible for office administration.
    • Organize company events & other staff activities.

    Requirements:

    • Degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration or related disciplines.
    • At least 2 years experience in human resources and office administration, with exposure in retail industry is an advantage.
    • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skill.
    • Strong sense of responsibilities and commitment.
    • Work independently and under pressure.
    • Strong PC skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Chinese Word processing is a must.
    • Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin.
