Job duties:

• Participate in the entire System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for successful project delivery for Insurance business
• As a team leader in requirement study, analysis, design, documentation and co-ordination with users, technical and operations teams
• Develop and maintain application programs
• Prepare test plan, test cases/scripts, test environments, data and perform testing
• Support user acceptance testing and system implementation
• Prepare system and operations documents
• Provide ongoing user and application support

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
• A minimum of 8 years’ experience in IT professional
• Possess technical knowledge of at least one of the following areas:
  • Mobile application using iOS or Android such as React Native, Ionic
  • JavaScript frameworks such as AngularJS, ReactJS, VueJS, NodeJS
  • NoSQL such as Couchbase, MongoDB
• Knowledgeable and experienced in systems analysis, design and micro-service
• Experience / Knowledge in DevOps, CI/CD, Automation Testing will be an added advantage
• Effective verbal and written communication in English and Chinese
• Good leadership, analytical, inter-personal and problem-solving skills
• Good team player, positive attitude, innovative, self-initiating, eager to learn and share with other team members, hardworking, able to work under pressure and work independently
• Candidates with less qualification and experience will be considered as Solution Consultant

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma / Degree in Information IT Technology,
• 0-1 years working experience
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good time management, communication skills and multi-tasking capability
• Meticulous & Self-motivated, can work independently

Job duties:

• Provide Technical Support services including: Data Centre operations, equipment maintenance and service provisioning
• Perform daily operation including data backup, health check and system administration tasks
• Coordinate with engineers to implement and support the network infrastructure and the date center environment
• Provide customer support and handle inquires
• Incident handling, problem troubleshooting and escalation to upper tier

Maintain accurate records, document all problems, and prepare reports

Job Nature:

• Provide maintenance service support on Government projects
• Response for development on system enhancements and new projects
• Working location: Tsim Sha Tsui East

Requirement:

• Bachelor Degree in Computing related discipline or
• Diploma / Higher Diploma in Programming discipline with at least 2 years working experience
• Java, Spring Framework, SQL, Oracle
• Optional: C#, Node.js
• Good in verbal and written communication in English and Chinese
