    Job duties:

    • Plan for new product launch initiatives from design to mass productions.
    • Handle product costing, development, project follow up and trouble shooting.
    • Coordinate and manage project activities to meet project schedule.
    • Liaise with different parties to ensure projects are in consisting with customers’ requirements.
    • Other ad hoc projects assigned by immediate superior.

    Requirements:

    • Degree in Manufacturing / Production / Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
    • At least 5 years working experience in plastic toys field.
    • Experience in Toys design and manufacturing process.
    • Good knowledge in US & European Toys Safety Standards.
    • Self-motivated, hard-working and independent.
    • Good interpersonal skill.
    • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
    • Frequent travels are required.
    • Applicant with less experience will be considered for the post of Project Engineer.

    Job Duties:

    He / She will be responsible for performing project management activities with the following scope of duties:

    • Work closely with the PMO Lead in the management of core project processes including
      • documentation and communication of project process and work flows
      • ensuring adherence to the enterprise project processes and procedures
      • creation of overall project status  and reporting on regular basis
      • understanding the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), estimating project costs, formulating Gantt charts for project planning purposes etc.
    • Manage the project related financial processes including project financial tracking
    • Work closely with the project managers to produce consistent and accurate program / project status report including overall status update, risks and issues update, deliverables and schedule status etc.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
    • At least 1 year’s relevant experience, preferably some experience in supporting a PMO office
    • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and project development lifecycles
    • Ability to work with financial information for budget planning. Solid understanding and working experience in applying finance principles or concepts, data gathering, analysis and reporting.
    • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint knowledge; ability to work with macros, pivot tables and formulas
    • Result-oriented, self-motivated and able to work independently
    • Positive attitude, fast-learning, energetic, able to perform in challenging environment
    • Excellent communication (written and verbal in English and Chinese) and skills with ability to develop concise and effective communications for specific audiences.  Ability to communicate in Putonghua is a definite advantage.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for defining development methods and tools to support data migration.  He / She will be involved in the following scope of duties:

    • Lead the team to define the data migration scope include objects, data, ETL, data cleansing,  reconciliation approach and resources plan to support the activities.
    • Lead the team to define the data objects or tables that need to migration, systematically to perform mapping of before and after data, build extract, Transform Load Programs.
    • Articulate the business users to perform the necessary data cleansing before migration as needed.
    • Support to formulate data migration project plan as part of the Digital Transformation master plan
    • Lead the team to execute the migration of the required data from legacy systems to Salesforce.com and custom-built applications
    • Support delivery manager to Co-ordinate business users / stakeholders to manage customer expectation and address all the requirements and concerns for the migration and related business impact

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
    • A minimum of 10 years’ experience in technical role within a service or IT organization
    • Experience in large scale of data migration and system cut-over or related data migration for CRM and/or Billing systems in Telco industry is preferred. Experience in ERP and legacy migration will be considered.
    • Reconciliation is an important element of migration planning and strong experience is required.
    • Proven track record in both technical and operations to facilitate the team to resolve the problems and concerns from migration planning to execution
    • Experience in Salesforce and Telecom experience is an advantage
    • Experience in leading a virtual team is advantageous
    • Good command of spoken and written English (and Cantonese is also preferred but not essential)
    • Good analytical, inter-personal, leadership and problem-solving skills
    • Positive attitude, fast-learning, energetic and able to perform in stressful and challenging environment
