Job Duties:
- Able to build and maintain the PMO organisation (resources, work plan, ownership, etc.)
- Reporting to executive level internal and external (customer) stakeholders
- Governance: Organize various governance meetings with stakeholders and keep track of action items
- Change: Maintain change control & management process and keep track of all change requests
- Transition: Maintain transition management process and keep track
- Communication: Communications management for the program
- Repository: Maintain a central repository for all projects under the engagement and project information
- Resource Management: Office premise support, COVID contingency support
Requirements:
- Degree in Business, IT, Computing Science, Engineering or equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience in Project Management, PMO in the IT industry, preferable in the Telecommunications Industry
- Experience in managing the PMO for System Integrator (Accenture, IBM, AMDOCS, etc.) and full SDLC of software projects delivery
- Strong Communication skills and report writing skills
- Strong interpersonal / soft skills
- Experienced in creating and maintaining complex project plans
- Strong scope management skills and experience managing partners
- Successful candidates will be employed by 1-yr renewal contract-based.

Job Description:
- Manage digital projects for clients via different social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, WeChat, LinkedIn, Weibo, etc.;
- Develop creative concepts for marketing campaigns and monitor campaign implementation;
- Communicate and solve the problem during project period with clients;
- Liaise and manage vendors, internal parties to ensure timely and accurate implementation;
- Ensure deliverables are of high quality and in compliance with the corporate guideline of clients;
- Be motivated to take challenges and master multiple tasks in account servicing and project management in a timely and professional manner.
- Requirements:
- Higher diploma or above in marketing/ digital marketing / multimedia or related discipline;
- Fresh graduate is welcome;
- Agency experience and knowledge of digital planning and technologies is a plus;
- Good communication, well-organized, project management and interpersonal skills
