Responsibilities:
- Prepare and resolve administrative problems by coordinating preparation of business proposals, reports, analyzing data, identifying solutions and presentation materials
- Monitor the progress of various projects and deadlines
- Handle confidential and non-routine information and facilitate communication between appropriate departments/company
- Ensure CEO is prepared for all meetings, conducting research where necessary and compiling briefing documents for meetings, interview, etc
- Handle enquiries and requests and external communications when appropriate
- Observe workplace dynamics and keep CEO updated on what is occurring in the environment
- Provide detailed administrative secretarial support to the team
- Assist in diary management, travel arrangements, arranging recruitment interview and clients’ appointments
- Be flexible, responsible to perform delegated duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree holder with at least 3 years of relevant experience
- Proficient is MS Office application and Chinese Word Processing
- Good spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua
- Proactive, effective, responsible, detail-mined, independent and be able to work under pressure
- A good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
