Job Duties:
- Able to build and maintain the PMO organisation (resources, work plan, ownership, etc.)
- Reporting to executive level internal and external (customer) stakeholders
- Governance: Organize various governance meetings with stakeholders and keep track of action items
- Change: Maintain change control & management process and keep track of all change requests
- Transition: Maintain transition management process and keep track
- Communication: Communications management for the program
- Repository: Maintain a central repository for all projects under the engagement and project information
- Resource Management: Office premise support, COVID contingency support
Requirements:
- Degree in Business, IT, Computing Science, Engineering or equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience in Project Management, PMO in the IT industry, preferable in the Telecommunications Industry
- Experience in managing the PMO for System Integrator (Accenture, IBM, AMDOCS, etc.) and full SDLC of software projects delivery
- Strong Communication skills and report writing skills
- Strong interpersonal / soft skills
- Experienced in creating and maintaining complex project plans
- Strong scope management skills and experience managing partners
- Successful candidates will be employed by 1-yr renewal contract-based.
