    Job duties:

    Lead, mentor, and manage a team of at least 10 business analysts/developers to ensure the successful delivery of business reconciliation, internal data quality check and technical health check.
    Utilize in-depth knowledge of MPF regulations, operations, and industry practices to guide the team and inform project decisions.
    Ensure compliance with relevant MPF guidelines and standards in all business activities.
    Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of deliverables of the team, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
    Coordinate with various stakeholders, including management, clients, and regulatory bodies, to align goals and expectations.
    Develop and present detailed business reconciliation specifications and SQL scripts.
    Collaborate with IT and other departments to implement effective solutions.
    • Prioritize tasks and manage multiple tasks simultaneously to meet tight deadlines.

    Requirements:

    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CBAP) preferred.
    At least 8 years’ working expertise in the Business Analyst role, with at least 2 years’ experience as team lead
    Business knowledge in MPF scheme operations is highly preferred
    Proven working experience in data migration is highly preferred
    Experience in program development using SQL is preferred
    Experience in system development lifecycle and system integration is preferred 
    Strong Oracle SQL/ programming skills
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    Strong leadership and people management abilities.
    Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
    Proficiency in project management software and business analysis tools.
    Ability to work under pressure and manager multiple priorities
    Successful candidate will be employed under 1-yr contract based

    • Hands-on experience in the design and development of applications using java spring boot and SQL developer Oracle
    • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and document system requirements.
    • Conducting feasibility studies and cost-benefit analysis to determine the best technology solutions for the organization.

    • 5-8 years of experiences in system development with hands-on SQL, ETL and PowerBI experiences

    Job Duties :

    • Handle general enquiries, billing enquiries, and complaints via calls and email in a professional and customer-focused manner, demonstrating solid experience in complaint handling.
    • Lead and coach team members in managing difficult cases, providing guidance on de escalation techniques, communication skills, and complaint resolution standards.
    • Liaise and collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure customer issues and public users’ requests are resolved efficiently and within agreed timelines.
    • Handle team administrative and clerical tasks, including user account administration, FAQ and knowledge base updates, and financial or billing records, ensuring accuracy and continuous improvement.
    • Monitor service quality and key performance indicators, prepare simple reports or case summaries, and recommend improvement actions for recurring issues or complaint trends. Handle escalated cases, acting as the main contact point for critical complaints and ensuring proper follow up until closure.
    • Support the supervisor/management in planning shift arrangements, task assignment, and on the job training for junior team members when required.
    • Perform any ad hoc assignments or projects related to service enhancement and operations improvement as required.
    • Work shifts in a 24 hours x 7 days environment (including weekends and public holidays), averaging 40 working hours per week.

    Requirements:

    • Good spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
    • Customer-oriented with passion, patience, and caring attitude.
    • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Knowledge in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook and Chinese Typing.
