FOR ALL IT SOLUTIONS AND HR NEEDS

Duties:

• Assist in application design, development, implementation, testing and support.
• Assist in providing user training and production rollout.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in application development and implementation using JAVA in which minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a similar post
• Bachelor Degree/Higher Diploma/Diploma in Computer Science/IT or equivalent
• Fresh graduated will also be considered

Job duties:

• Become a system engineer of an IT Operation team to provide 7x24 Tier 1 support to a mission critical private cloud platform consisting of 1000+ servers.
• Execute server support operation services based on defined operation manuals and instructions provided by Tier 2 server team. Follow defined documentation for incident and change management.
• Shift based role. Normally working in office environment, visiting data centre only as required.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English & Chinese.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of IT related working experience, 
• At least 2 years in providing Tier 1 operation support to server component such as Windows Server, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, VMware vSphere and server storage such as HDS VSP series SAN storage, and
• At least 1 year as a team member in a Tier 1 operation support team delivering IT Operation services to a project with no less than 100 servers. 
• Come from an IT system Integration company background.
• Have worked as IT Operation team member in a Government IT Maintenance project 
• Familiar with ITIL Processes such as Incident Management and Change Management, and 
• Familiar with using ticketing systems such as BMC Remedy, OpenText SMAX to facilitate ITIL Processes.

Requirements:

• A degree or above in computer science or equivalent;
• At least six (6) years IT experience including at least four (4) years in delivering one or more IT system implementation services project(s) in relation to web-based application; 
• Experience in delivering one or more IT system implementation services project(s) in relation to web-based application 8+ years; and
• the functional/specialty experience shall cover one or more of the following areas:
• - conducting analysis,
• - design and implementation of web-based application systems; 
• - producing system specifications; 
• - ensuring conformance of software with user requirements;
• - conducting system testing
