Job duties:
- Provide administrative support to develop Compliance & Quality policies, procedures and process documentation.
- Assist in the data collection, analysis, as well as metrics creation to measure the results and efficiency of quality assurance procedures.
- Manage databases, organize Quality records and documents, and assemble reports using available data.
- Organize and schedule Quality meetings and events.
- Coordinate audit schedule with the certification bodies.
- Manage applications in relation to certification acquisition and renewal.
- Performing clerical tasks such as update Quality inventory, ordering supplies and fee settlement.
- Ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration and Secretarial Studies, Quality Management or equivalent educational background and/or experience.
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Control is a definite advantage
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- A self-starter with patience, great attention to details and critical thinking skills to manage multiple tasks
- Experience with cooperative efforts and being a team player
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese is a must
