Job duties:
- will be a member of our Quality Assurance team in performing the quality assurance activities that promote the effective quality management system (QMS) of the company across Hong Kong and overseas offices.
- involved in the following areas:• Work with other teams to improve operational and quality assurance processes across the Company
- Assist in both ISO internal and surveillance audits
- Collect and analyze quality metrics to generate reports relating to dynamic business needs
- Organize the monthly quality meeting and prepare the minutes
- Coordinate training activities and perform post-training performance analysis for continuous improvement
- Maintain the controlled QMS documents and lead the annual review exercise
- Proactively manage quality tasks with stamina on risk-based thinking Ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Quality Management or related
disciplines - Minimum 2 years of work experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Control as QA
Officer / Assistant with fundamental knowledge on ISO standards (such as ISO
9001, 14000, 20000 and 27001) and risk management
- Knowledge in programming (such as Macro, SQL and Java) is a definite advantage
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- A self-starter with great attention to details and critical thinking skills to manage multiple tasks
- A responsible team player with good inter-personal skills
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese is a must
