Manager – workflow & edms integration

Job duties

will be responsible for delivering large scale development projects, especially for Pension Services:

  • Work with Lead System Architect and responsible to establish the overall design and architecture of Workflow & eDMS
  • Lead a team of consultants to formulate system architecture proposal & prepare functional requirements
  • Liaise with stakeholders to establish a design, technology, product development strategy
  • Prepare and deliver demonstration / presentation to a variety of audiences on Workflow & eDMS
  • Research, evaluate, and make recommendation regarding technology pertinent to business goals

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
  • Must be familiar to workflow process in MPF industry
  • At least 9 years of IT experience which includes at least 5 years of experience in design and implementation of application architecture for web-based applications and mobile applications
  • Sound knowledge in open-sourced technologies and frameworks
  • Proven experience in delivering large scale application development projects
  • Experience working with diverse teams of vendors, consultants, and contractors
  • Technical knowledge of bespoke enterprise system applications will be an added advantage
  • Excellent technical writing / documentation skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication in English
  • Positive attitude, fast-learning, energetic, able to perform in challenging environment
  • Knowledge of Directory Services, Batch Schedulers, Reporting Tools, Document Management, Workflow Systems, and Performance Testing Tools are preferable.
