Requirements:

  • 4 to 6 years of working experience
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Good skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Good time management and able to work against project deadlines
  • Organized and focused, with attention to detail

Duties:

  • Help to set up project meetings
  • Handle the minute-taking at meetings
  • Draft and revise project status updates and project plan based on project team input
  • Track submission and review timeline and versions for deliverables
  • Organize project documents for records and for sharing
  • Support deployment and adherence to project management processes, templates, guidelines and protocols to project team members
  • Proofread and finalize format of all project documents and deliverables (including cross-referencing, checking consistency in terminologies and abbreviations, grammar check)
  • Assist with planning and maintaining the project calendar up to date
  • Making procurement requests for projects
  • Keep track of procurement activities
