Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
- Min 3 years working experience in IT support role
- Experience in PC / server setup, email system and mobile device support, helpdesk support etc
- Hands-on experience of Microsoft Server Platform, Office family and SQL Database
- MCSE, MCP or CISA certificate holder would be advantage
- Good command of both written and spoken Chinese & English
- Good interpersonal skills with good teamwork spirit
Responsibilities:
- To provide daily operations support & maintenance including servers, PC and network issue
- To responsible for hardware and software installation for users
- To analyse, trouble shoot and provide solution for servers and network problems
- To maintain data integrity and security in the system
- To configure and maintain the IT-infrastructure
- To prepare and maintain documentation to support the infrastructure, servers, systems, inventory, regulatory requirements and compliance
