Team Lead – Maintenance Support (Airport / 1-yr contract)

Job duties:

– Answer customer calls, diagnose, and resolve technical problems related to network hardware and investigating the root cause of issues.
– Perform system maintenance, including installing updates, upgrades, and patches, and resolving hardware, software, and network performance issues. 
– Provide 1st tier technical support for network-related issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
– Collaborate with customers and internal teams to work with corresponding partners for troubleshooting network problems.
– Maintain positive relationship with customers and partners, ensuring excellent service delivery.
– Provide guidance to a team of engineers to troubleshoot and resolve the issue within SLA.
– Document updates on network inventory, changes, and procedures to maintain accurate records.

Requirements:
·        Higher diploma or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
·        Preferred certifications for CCNA/HCIA or equivalent. (Optional)
·        Mature, independent, self-motivated and high integrity.
·        Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve network issues efficiently.
·        Familiarity with network hardware, such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
·        Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.
·        Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive and customer-oriented approach.
·        Experience with network monitoring and management tools is a plus.
.  Knowledge of network security practices and technologies is desirable.
·        At least 3 years of experience as a network engineer, preferably in a medium to large-scale network environment.
