Quantity Surveyor (E&M / Kwun Tong)

Job duties:

• To review and manage a tender / quotation into a workable solution;
• To submit a detailed response to the tender query and provide responses to any subsequent requests for clarification;
• To develop costing as part of the tender / quotation process;
• To attend tender negotiations meeting with potential clients;
• To prepare and monitor payment application, variations and claims submission;
• To develop and maintain good relationship with the engineers and decision makers of the clients

Requirements:

• Degree/Higher Diploma in Building Services/ Electrical / Mechanical Engineering;
• 5 years or above in E & M / Building Services Contractor’s working experience;
• Full knowledge of E & M / Building Services equipment and installation standards, requirements, regulations, and related ordinances; experience gained from installation would be beneficial;
• A commercial awareness engineer with good command of written and spoken English & Chinese;
• Good Knowledge in AutoCAD, MS Office, etc.;
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Quantity Surveyor (E&M).
