Job duties:

  • Responsible for day-to-day support in our IT Help desk (shift duty required)
  • Handle incoming inquiries, incidents and problems via phone, email and fax.
  • Perform tier one trouble shooting and problem analysis on IT service.
  • Coordinate with both internal technical support and external vendor(s) for scheduled and non-scheduled activities, keeping track of incident throughout the Incident Lifecycle.

Requirement:

  • Diploma / Higher Diploma holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Passion for new technologies
  • A team player with good analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
  • Good in verbal and written communication in English and Chinese
  • Knowledge in MS Windows and PC support skill set
