Job duties:
- Responsible for day-to-day support in our IT Help desk (shift duty required)
- Handle incoming inquiries, incidents and problems via phone, email and fax.
- Perform tier one trouble shooting and problem analysis on IT service.
- Coordinate with both internal technical support and external vendor(s) for scheduled and non-scheduled activities, keeping track of incident throughout the Incident Lifecycle.
Requirement:
- Diploma / Higher Diploma holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Passion for new technologies
- A team player with good analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
- Good in verbal and written communication in English and Chinese
- Knowledge in MS Windows and PC support skill set
