Job Highlights:

• Provide technical support on system/network related IT equipment
• Participate in system/network implementation projects
• To perform diagnosis and troubleshooting on system/network related issues
• Provide daily operational BAU support & administrative tasks
• Perform hardware/software installations, including end-user-computing devices

Job Description:

• Hands on experience in IT network environment
• Technical knowledge in TCP/IP, HTTPS, LAN/WAN and other related areas
• Hands on experience in Cisco enterprise grade products
• Perform first level troubleshooting, understand the escalated technical issues, identify the root cause and escalate to 2nd line support team
• Provide daily operational BAU support and system administration according to the company standard
• Perform computer installations and hardware/software configurations on desktop, laptop, and mobile devices, and day-to-day support covering end-user desktop & business applications
• Perform systems and network monitoring and routine hardware/software maintenance and other system administration tasks
• Manage IT Inventory and support IT procurement and maintain proper records
• Provide VIP video conference setup and standby support
• Provide desktop/end-user training to users as required
• Assist other IT projects and provide non-office hour support as needed

Requirements 

• Degree holder in information technology, computer science or other related disciplines
• With at least 2-3 years of experience working in related positions
• In depth experience in setting up and managing server platform and network appliances
• Experience in storage devices is preferred
• Good knowledge in Server, VMware, PC, and LAN / WAN and networking equipment
• Good understanding in Windows OS, Office 365, Microsoft Applications, Active Directory, Exchange, Skype for Business, Mobile Device Management Support, Patching software, MS Teams, etc.
• Be able to work independently with good team spirit
• Quick in response and reaction time
• Possess excellent communication skills in English and Chinese, Putonghua is an advantage
