Responsibilities:
- Manage system administration and upgrade both on-premise and cloud and network in the region
- Troubleshooting & technical support on system infrastructure, etc. to ensure the necessary security, availability and performance standards
- Manage new infrastructure and network setup and relocation according to the client and business needs
- Support necessary audit and security compliance initiatives
- Prepare system and network infrastructure documentations
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or Degree holder in Computer Science or IT related disciplines
- At least 3 years solid working experience in Desktop, Server and Network administration
- Experience in designing, building and maintaining system and network infrastructure
- Hands on networking, MS Windows Server, Linux and VMware, firewall, AWS experience.
- Certified in MCP, MCSE, MCITP, CISSP will be an advantage
- Hardworking, flexible, customer-focus and able to work independently
- Excellent interpersonal skills and can work well with stakeholders across multiple countries
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Technical Engineer
