Sales Director (frOzen food / wholesales)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop HK, Macau, China & Asian market by identifying new business opportunities and sales channels with effective sales strategies
  • Capture market information and analyze market trend plus trace major competitors’ movements
  • Analyze supply & demand and control the inventory level through regulating the selling price
  • Analyze customers’ and market needs and determine the best product mix from time to time
  • Participate in various international trade exhibitions and source quality products for the company
  • Supervise both sales & purchase function and establish short, medium & long term targets for both operations
  • Maintain and expand existing customer basis by motivating current sales team and building new team
  • Work according to the approved budget & take continuous initiatives to improve profit margin by controlling cost & maximizing efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in related disciplines with wide connections and solid exposures in the frozen meat wholesales industry.
  • At least 10 years of working experience in managerial level with proven success in developing new business (Less experience will be considered as Sales or Business Development Manager)
  • Preference will be given to candidate who has solid experience in frozen meat merchandizing 
  • Excellent interpersonal, managerial, communication & presentation skills
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English & Mandarin
