Responsibilities
- Manage the telephone console, receive and divert incoming calls
- Receive, greet, and guide visitors including co-ordination with employees
- Keep records of documents and packages
- Administer conference room bookings
- Perform ad-hoc administrative duties
Requirements
- DSE or above, pleasant and cheerful
- Organized, self-motivated and a good team player
- Communicate effectively in English, Cantonese & Putonghua
- Immediately available is highly preferred
