PMO Analyst (1-yr contract)

Job duties:

– Assuring that all project plans adhere to PMO standards

– Planning and implementing project management techniques based on templates and toolkits
– Monitoring existing projects to guarantee timely execution and completion
– Obtaining and evaluating project data to discover project flaws and rectify any time-related or budgetary issues
– Liaising with project team members and providing suggestions or solutions to unanticipated challenges
– Preparing project status reports for evaluation by management
– Keeping clients informed of the status and development of their initiatives

Requirements: 
A bachelor’s degree in project management or a related subject
– A minimum of 4 years of related experience
– Excellent programme coordination and administration skills
– Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
– Ability to perform effectively under pressure and flourish in a fast-paced atmosphere
Experienced reviewing Business cases
Familiarity with technology and SDLC
– Familiarity with Jira and Power BI
– Experience working in Pension Services / Financial Sector is preferred.
