- To follow up projects, work with overseas and local customers involving product development, production schedule, product quality and presentation
- Responsible for full range of sales and marketing activities including quotation, order follow up, overseas and local exhibition and etc.
- Handling customer’s enquiries by phone, by e-mail or by visiting and business meetings
- To provide after-sales services/support and to maintain good relationship with clients
- Diploma or Degree holder or above, with 3-5 years of related experience, preferably in coordinating customer and production plan staff, administration of sales project, etc.
- Prior experience gained in the business of printing, premium & gift boxes will be an advantage
- Good command of both written and oral English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Good communication skill, telephone manner and customer-servicing mindset highly essential
- Able to work independently and high proficiency in PC operation and Chinese processing skill
- Some travelling to China and/or overseas if necessary
- Pleasant personality, responsible & hard working, able to work under pressure and tight schedule
