Requirements:
- Degree or above in Computer Science or equivalent;
- 10+ years for IT system implementation and 7.5+ years in relation to electronic submissions and/or electronic payment;
- At least six (6) years IT experience including at least four (4) years in delivering one or more IT system implementation services project(s) in relation to electronic submissions and/or electronic payment and the functional/specialty experience shall cover one or more of the following areas:
- Conducting analysis, design and implementation of web-based application systems;
- – producing system specifications;
- – ensuing conformance of software with user requirements; and conducting system testing.
- He/she shall assist the system architect to implement the System.
