Requirements:
- Higher Diploma / Degree in Information IT Technology,
- 0-1 years working experience
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
- Good time management, communication skills and multi-tasking capability
- Meticulous & Self-motivated, can work independently
Job duties:
- Provide Technical Support services including: Data Centre operations, equipment maintenance and service provisioning
- Perform daily operation including data backup, health check and system administration tasks
- Coordinate with engineers to implement and support the network infrastructure and the date center environment
- Provide customer support and handle inquires
- Incident handling, problem troubleshooting and escalation to upper tier
Maintain accurate records, document all problems, and prepare reports
