Job Duties

  1. Handle after-sales service for customers, greet visitors and guests in a professinal manner
  2. Handle customer inquiries/complaints vis e-mail or phone
  3. Handle incoming and outgoing mails, and deal with courier matters
  4. Maintain good relationship with customers
  5. Perform general clerical and administrative support to cuatomer service team


  1. Diploma or above with at least 1 year working experience in customer service industry
  2. Strong customer-oriented mind-set with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Proactive, independent and responsible
  4. Familiar with various MS Office applications including Word and Excel
  5. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin is a plus
