Job duties:

  • Provide clerical support to Service Development Team of Service Division
  • Sales order creation using Company’s system
  • Maintain sales order book
  • Prepare contract renewal letters and maintenance agreements
  • Prepare Reports
  • Handle telephone calls on clients’ queries
  • Circulate potential tender information from newspaper clipping
  • Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior


  • F.5 or DSE graduated or above
  • Able to work independently, well organized, strong sense of responsibility, detail-minded, self-motivated and sensitive to figures
  • Ability to handle multi-tasks and work under pressure with positive attitude
  • Proficient in MS office
  • Knowledge in I/E declaration will be an advantage
