Job duties:
- Provide clerical support to Service Development Team of Service Division
- Sales order creation using Company’s system
- Maintain sales order book
- Prepare contract renewal letters and maintenance agreements
- Prepare Reports
- Handle telephone calls on clients’ queries
- Circulate potential tender information from newspaper clipping
- Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior
Requirements:
- F.5 or DSE graduated or above
- Able to work independently, well organized, strong sense of responsibility, detail-minded, self-motivated and sensitive to figures
- Ability to handle multi-tasks and work under pressure with positive attitude
- Proficient in MS office
- Knowledge in I/E declaration will be an advantage
