FOR ALL IT SOLUTIONS AND HR NEEDS

Requirements: 

• Degree or above in Computer Science or equivalent;
• 10+ years for IT system implementation and 7.5+ years in relation to electronic submissions and/or electronic payment;
• At least six (6) years IT experience including at least four (4) years in delivering one or more IT system implementation services project(s) in relation to electronic submissions and/or electronic payment and the functional/specialty experience shall cover one or more of the following areas:
• Conducting analysis, design and implementation of web-based application systems;

•    - producing system specifications;
•    - ensuing conformance of software with user requirements; and conducting system testing.
• He/she shall assist the system architect to implement the System.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare proposal and tender documents in response to clients’ requirements
• Development of data conversion and migration plan and strategies
• Conducting requirement and justification studies
• Analysis, design and implementation of multi-tier web application systems
• Ensuring conformance of software packages against user requirement 
• Lead a team of programmer for application development and project implementation
• Assist in providing user training and support

Requirements: 

• A degree in computer science, computer engineering, information technology and or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years of experience in system analysis and design, reporting solutions and or other web application development
• Solid experience in Mobile Application development
• Experience in Java, .Net or Web programming development is highly preferred.
• Good writing skills for documentation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English
