Job Duties

• Manage multi-regional resource planning and arrangements (e.g., China, Hong Kong, Malaysia and Philippines)
• Deliver HR practices across multiple dimensions (e.g., maintain organization structure, deliver HR policies and HR workflows) to manage project team employee life cycle
• Maintain and continuously improve onboarding and offboarding procedures to ensure professional and positive staff experience
• Support regular resource tracking and reporting
• Support timely people movement activities
• Support office premise and resource management arrangements in response to changing COVID situation

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related disciplines
• 3+ years of experience in HR in the IT industry, preferably with resource management experience in sizeable organisations
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Strong interpersonal/ soft skills
• Experience working in a multi-cultural and dynamic environment would be a plus

Job duties:

• responsible for application development and ongoing maintenance support of the Data Analytics area with the following scope of duties:
• Understand data sources and business use cases
• Design efficient and reliable data pipelines for both operational and analytical use cases.
• Implement suitable data model for data warehouse in order to achieve efficient data retrieval
• Deliver appropriate testing and documentation for the deployment of data pipelines and data models
• Provide ongoing data platform supports.

Requirements:

• University graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology or Data Science related disciplines
• At least 5+ years working experience in handling sizeable data lake and/or data warehouse as a data engineer or cloud engineer.
• Solid hands-on experience in AWS or GCP services, such as Redshift, Glue, BigQuery, Data Flow.
• Good understanding of cloud infrastructure and big data technologies.
• Skilled in SQL, Python and other related scripting and programming languages.
• Effective verbal and written communication in English and Chinese
• Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Forwarding thinking, embracing changes, fast-learning, energetic, able to perform in challenging environment.
• Candidates with less qualification and experience will be considered as data engineer.

• 良好粵語、略懂簡單英語；懂讀寫中文、略懂讀寫英文；
• 持有私家車駕駛執照、良好駕駛態度；
• 願意加班；
• 具三年或以上駕駛經驗，並必須曾任家庭司機及有接送小朋友經驗；
