Responsibilities:

• Monitor System Performance and Availability
• Prevent potential incidents from turning into real problems
• Properly resolve incidents as assigned.  For unresolved incidents, escalate to shift leader whenever there is a need to call the second line support
• Be owner of incidents assigned.  Follow-thru the incidents from start to service resume. Before off-duty, any outstanding incidents must be properly handover to the next shift leader/support in duty. 
• All the actions taken must be updated to the IT Service Management system.
• Adhere to SMC Security Policy

Required Skills:

• Diploma or above in Information Technology or related disciplines
• Possess basic operation knowledge in Windows and basic PC Skills
• Knowledge of Unix / Network is preferred
• A good team player with analytical & problem-solving skills, self-motivation and good interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

Job descriptions:

• Oversee of Application Security, and define of  applicaitonn security ocntrols framework
• Oversee of Application Security testing framework
• Provide advisory and guidance on application security, in collaborate with IT application teams
• Organize Application Security meetings and workshops with multiple stakeholders
• Organize Application Security Training with multiple stakeholders
• AppDynamics, Impreva

Requirements:

• At least 6 years experiences for recovery security plan in application and platforms aspects
• Program languages: Java, Python, Apple Swift, Kotlin
• Technolgoies: Unix command line, Katalon automation testing, SonarQube code review, JIRA, Metasploit - System Vulnerability exploitation, Burp Suite - Web application testing
• CISSP or CSSLP
• Successful candidates will be employed by 1-yr contract based.

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Higher Diploma or above in Computing related discipline or programming discipline;
• At least 1-2 years of system engineering working experience
• Knowledge on Windows Server 2016 (or above) and Hitachi Virtual Storage Platform;
• Knowledge of System knowledge including performance optimization, system tuning, robustness, etc…
• Experience with IBM WebSphere Application Server, IBM Spectrum Protect, Oracle DB, AIX 7.2 or above, is preferred (Optional);
• Good Communication skills

Job duties:

• To support the system infrastructure of Government projects;
• To manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure;
• To install, configure, upgrade and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools;
• To maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies;
• Office hours is Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm, but non-office hour maintenance support is required.
• Successful candidates will be employed under 1-year contract based.
