Job Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Previous working experience in bank operations or treasury function is an advantage
  • At least 5 years experience in treasury or account related working experience
  • Detail-minded, hands-on and able to be multi-task
  • Hands-on computer applications, e.g., Word, Excel, Access & PowerPoint
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin

  • Responsible for day-to-day support in our IT Help desk (shift duty required)
  • Handle incoming inquiries, incidents and problems via phone, email and fax.
  • Perform tier one trouble shooting and problem analysis on IT service.
  • Coordinate with both internal technical support and external vendor(s) for scheduled and non-scheduled activities, keeping track of incident throughout the Incident Lifecycle.

Responsibilities and Duties:
• Monitor and control the compliance performance against the International
Quality Standards, such as ISO 9000, 20000, 27001 and 22301, in addition to

Requirements:
